Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Andrew’s interest in hospitality began in high school while working in restaurants. His passion for wine and jazz led him to Kazimierz World Wine Bar. In 2008, he was recruited by Fred Dexheimer MS to be the first Sommelier for BLT Steak at Camelback Inn. Andrew went on to become the Beverage Director at Modern Steak (Fox Restaurant Concepts). He joined Quench Fine Wines in 2010.
In 2012, Andrew moved to New York City to work for Gramercy Tavern.
