After several experiences between Italy and France, in 2006 he moved to London where he joined Hakkasan company as sommelier in the historical location at 8 Hanway Place, being then promoted to Head Sommelier.

Since 2009 he has been part of the opening management team for the Hakkasan locations in London Mayfair, Abu Dhabi, Mumbai and ultimately New York, where is now the Wine Director for the upcoming USA properties.

He is a WSET Wine Educator, a Certified Sake Sommelier and a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, and also a judge for the Sommelier Wine Awards and the UK based Square Meal magazine.
